· Guests who cancel their reservation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund minus 3% fee of the amount they have paid.

· For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date, guests will receive a 50% refund minus a 3% fee.

· Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property owners. Additionally, guests must provide a copy of their driver's license for identification purposes. Primary renter must be 25 years or older and on site for the duration of the reservation.

 We are unable to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies. Therefore, we have a strict no-pets policy in place.  Please be aware that any animal found on the premises will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and no refund will be given. 

For the safety and security of our guests, please be aware that our property is equipped with a Nest Doorbell camera, and the building is under 24/7 surveillance.
